They set out the relationship between us and our users, and explain account responsibilities, eligibility, acceptable use, promotions, payments, dispute handling, and how we update these terms. By registering or using the site you agree to comply with the rules below.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account you must provide accurate personal information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for all activity originating from your account. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP unless we expressly agree otherwise. If we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money-laundering, or other prohibited activity we may restrict, suspend, or close an account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Eligibility requirements

Registration is limited to users who meet the platform’s age and legal requirements. You must be able to lawfully use the services where you are located. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close accounts for users from restricted territories. Account verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals and other account actions; verification may take several days depending on submitted documents.

Acceptable platform use

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions, welcome offers, free spins, cashback and other bonuses are subject to separate promotional terms and may change over time. Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. Wagering rates, contribution percentages by game type, and any win caps vary by promotion. Abuse of promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods. Minimum deposit levels for promotional eligibility are indicated in the cashier and may be around €20 for certain offers.
